Over the past few years, big data has introduced itself as an important driver of our everyday lives. New applications and systems, such as social media, wearable devices, drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT), continue to emerge and generate even more data. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the need to stay online and exchange data has become even more crucial, as most of the fields, would they be industrial, educational, economic, or service-oriented, had to go online as best as they can. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning approaches have emerged as powerful tools that can provide intelligent data exploitation designs and enhance the quality of its output. This Special Issue will present a selection of the best papers in different fields related to computational intelligence and data analytics presented in the International Conference on Advances in Communication Technology, Computing and Engineering (ICACTCE’21), which is organized by the editors of this proposed from 24 to 26 March 2021 in Morocco (Virtually and totally free of charge): The proposed special issue is destined for a large spectrum of authors including researchers, students, as well as industrials involved in research and development.
